This Privacy Policy applies to Addcomposites and all its worldwide affiliates (“Addcomposites” or we” or “us”). It governs the Personal Data we collect from our customers and all their worldwide affiliates (“Customer(s)” or “you”) through our website www.addcomposites.com or any other website with the same second-level domain (“Website”) or through our Services.

9. Who the representative for matters regarding your Personal Data?
Where we are the controller of your Personal Data we acknowledge and assure you that we abide to the applicable data protection laws, taking appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data (“Controller” shall have the meaning given to it in the applicable data protection laws in force from time to time).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject exclusively to Finnish Law, excluding its conflict of laws rules, and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Helsinki, Finland.
